头颈鳞癌的精准医疗研究进展
Research progress of the precision therapy for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma ( HNSCC) is increasing globally year by year. Although the treatment is improving, its prognosis is still not satisfactory. In the era of precision medicine, new gene sequencing technology, liquid biopsy technology, high-reso-lution imaging technology and molecular pathology progress provide a good platform for precision diagnosis of HNSCC. Based on high-throughput gene sequencing and big data analysis, precise cell immunotherapy, personalized antibody coupled drugs and targeted microorganism drugs have provided reliable means for precision treatment of HNSCC. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the research de-velopment of precision diagnosis and precision therapy of HNSCC.关键词
