喜勒可吸收生物修复膜治疗下颌角区骨缺损实验研究
Experimental study of induced mandibular defects treated by Healer bioresorbable collagen membrane

Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of Healer bioresorbable collagen membrane and bio-membrane from the market for bone defect in rabbits. Methods A 6 mm in diameter bone defect was induced in bilateral mandible angle of 12 New Zealand rabbits, those 12 rabbits were divided into two groups. The defect of mandible angle of 6 New Zealand rabbits were covered laterally and medial-ly by Healer bioresorbable collagen membrane ( left side) and the right side as blank control don't cover anything. The defect of mandible angle of 6 New Zealand rabbits were covered by bio-mem-brane from the market ( right side) , the left side as blank control don't cover anything. Six rabbits were sacrificed in the first months, and the others were sacrificed in the third month. Results The X-ray and histological examination showed that in the first month the bone defect was come to re-paired and the Healer group had complete biomembrane structure, the bone defect was still evident in the blank control group;in the third month all the membrane-covered partly defects healed with new formed bone, while no new bone was formed in control group, but the defects were filled with soft tissue. Conclusion Healer bioresorbable collagen membrane and bio-membrane from the market can effectively block off soft tissue and serve as osteocyte scaffold to promote the healing of the bone defects. The Healer bioresorbable collagen membrane has stronger anti-degradation ability.关键词
