浅谈临床生物信息学在临床医学教育中的作用及初步实践
The role and practice of clinical bioinformatics in medical education
摘要
Abstract
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary subject integrating computer science and life science. It has been more than 30 years old, but it is still in the ascendant. Since the 21th century, biomedicine has gradually entered the era of big data, massive sequencing as a representative of the genome, proteomic data will reveal human disease mechanism and provide an opportunity for hitherto unknown drugs. At present, the methods and applications of bioinformatics have not been paid enough attention in clinical research and teaching. Based on the current status and future trends of clinical bioinformatics, this paper discusses the role of clinical bioinformatics in clinical medicine teaching and translational research.关键词
