Progress of targeted drugs and diagnostic markers for non-small-cell lung cancer in precision medicine
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is the most serious malignant tumor in incidence and lethality with short survival time and high recurrence rate. Delightfully, precision medicine has been a promising cure for lung cancer, including agents targeting driver mutations, treatments targeting genes involved in signaling pathway and microRNAs used as potential medicine along with diagnostic marker. We summarized the history and progress of precision medcine in non-small-cell lung cancer.关键词
