Research progress of signal transducers and activators of transcription signal pathway in natural killer cell
摘要
Abstract
Natural killer ( NK) cells play a critical role in anti-tumor immunity, anti-infec-tion immunity and reproductive immunity. The study of its signaling pathway is helpful for us to bet-ter understand the biological behavior of NK cells. Signal transducers and activators of transcription ( STAT) signaling pathway is one of the most studied pathways in recent years which plays an impor-tant role in the growth, development and functional regulation of NK cells. In this paper, we re-viewed the recent progress of STAT signaling pathway in NK cells to promote the application of NK cell in translational medicine.关键词
