Abstract

In view of the distortion problem of dynamic test force from concrete beam stiffness degradation in the process of fatigue loading, and based on the working principle of PMS-500 hydraulic pulsation fatigue testing machine, a correction method using the correction coefficient of inertia force for the dynamic test force was proposed. And it was applied to the modification of the dynamic test force of the fatigue test of seven prestressed concrete beams. The results show that during the fatigue loading of prestressed concrete beams, the correction coefficient of inertia force is about 2.5%. Dynamic test force deviates from the pre added fatigue loading value in a three-stage increasing rule. After correction, the maximum error of the lower limit of load is about 5%, and the maximum error of the higher limit of load is about 1.3%. Therefore, the accuracy of the method is verified.
