Abstract
The dynamic characteristics of the vehicle driving system have a great influence on automobile's NVH. In this paper, the driveline system of a 4WD pickup truck is studied. Based on the theoretical analysis, simulation calculation and experimental verification, the torsional dynamic characteristics of the driveline system are obtained. By analyzing the simulation results, it is clarified that the booming noise of the driveline and the rattle noise of the gears should be highlighted for improvement. Finally, the problem is solved by adjusting the stiffness of the clutch and adding a dynamic vibration absorber. Effectiveness of this improvement method is verified by experimental tests.关键词
