土壤耕作方式对湘南晚稻产量形成、米质与水分利用效率的影响
Effect of Soil Tillage Modes on Yield Formation, Rice Quality and Water Use Efficiency of Late Rice in Southern Hunan

Abstract
To establish high-yielding and efficient cultivation technique system for late rice in southern Hunan,effects of soil tillage modes on yield formation,rice quality and water use efficiency of late rice were studied with hybrid rice variety 'Fengyuanyou 299'as material.The results showed that:(1) yield of late rice in no-tillage treatment was significantly lower than that of plowing treatment by 10.2% ~ 16.4% because of its lower spike rate,filled grain per panicle and seed setting rate.There was no difference in yields of late rice between ridge culture and flat culture under plowing condition,while yield of ridge culture was significantly decreased by 6.9% compared to flat culture under no-tillage condition.(2)Under plowing condition,the appearance,cooking and eating quality of late rice under ridge culture were better than those under flat culture.(3) Compared to flat culture,water use efficiency of late rice under ridge culture was increased significantly,its irrigated water use efficiency was increased by more than 50%,and the total water use efficiency was increased by about 8%.So soil tillage modes significantly affected on yield,rice quality and water use efficiency of late rice of southern Hunan,and no-tillage had no yield advantage,while water saving effect of ridge cultivation was significant.关键词
