Identification of Abietic Acid from 44 Different Kinds of Chinese Agarwood
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To identify abietic acid from 44 different kinds of Chinese agarwood,so as to provide the basis for the proper use.Methods:An UPLC method for determination of abietic acid was established,combining chemical color reaction of cupric acetate and TLC,the abietic acid in agarwood were identified and determined.Results:Abietic acid in 4 batches of commercially available agarwood samples,and the relevance ratios was 40％,the other 34 batches of agarwood were not detected.Conclusion:There is no abietic acid in the medicinal materials of agarwood induced by whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique,but the phenomenon of illegal incorporation of agarwood containing acids into the market is rather serious.关键词
