Abstract
Objective:To study the method for determining mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major with HPLC-FLD after immunoaffinity column cleanup and online post-column photochemical derivatization.Methods:According to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the references,mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major were determined by HPLC.Results:The detection limits of aflatoxins G2,G1,B2,B1,and ochratoxin A were 0.19,0.63,0.19,0.56,4.0 μg ·kg-1.The recoveries analytes were from 78％-110％.Conclusion:The results showed that the HPLC-FLD online post-column photochemical derivatization is higher sensitivity,and it is suitable for determining mycotoxins in Panax japonicus var.major.关键词
