Effects of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium on the Growth and Dry Matter Accumulation of Astragalus membranaceus

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of N,P and K application amountand proportion on the growth and dry matter accumulation of Astragalus membranaceus and provide a basis for standardized fertilization of Astragalus.Methods:Taking annual Astragalus membranaceus as experimental material,N,P,and K were designed with "3414" completely randomized block design and regularly watered with nutrient solution and to study the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium application amount and proportion on the growth and dry matter accumulation of Astragalus at different growth stages.Results:Processing N1 P2K2 had a better effect on Astragalus plant height,diameter and root rough;The rational application of N,P,and K can promote the growth of Astragalus and dry matter accumulation and the effect of N,P,and K on the dry matter accumulation of root of Astragaluss was P > N > K;At the early growth of astragalus,N,P,and K in accordance with 2∶1∶1 as base fertilizer can promote the growth of Astragalus and in the middle of August,the N,P and K fertilizers could increase the dry weight of Astragalus root by 1∶2∶1 ratio;According to regression analysis,the best application concentration of N,P and K fertilizers was 0.254,0.165,0.261 g ·L-1.Conclusion:The rational combination of N,P,and K can promote the growth and root dry matter accumulation of Astragalus,the application of N,P,K at 0.254,0.083,0.131 g ·L-1 can promote the growth of astragalus in the early stage and the accumulation of dry matter in root of Astragalus was promoted by N,P,K top dressing at 0.127,1.065,0.131 g ·L-1.关键词
