摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of pressure measurement data distortion caused by pipeline blockage and temperature drift of aero engine test bench,as well as the low verification efficiency of measuring equipment,a purge and calibration system based on PLC and touch screen was developed.The mode switching pipeline and the purge pipeline were built.Through the selection of the working mode in the man-machine interface,and calling of the modular subroutine,the switching mode,pipeline purge measurement,quick zero calibration and field calibration functions of the pressure measurement equipment were realized.The test results indicate that the system has high stability and reliability,greatly improves work efficiency,and has good engineering application value.
