两步法制备多孔石墨烯的电化学性能
Electrochemical performance of porous graphene prepared by two-step method

Abstract
Porous graphene was prepared with graphene oxide as the precursor by the two step method,first of all,the reduced graphene oxide was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction with Vitamin C,KMnO4,Na2CO3 as reducing agents.Porous graphene was prepared by chemical etching and nitric acid ultrasonic processing,respectively.The surface microstructures and reduction degree of the material were characterized by XRD,SEM,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),Raman spectrum and thermal gravimetry (TG).The electrochemical performance of porous graphene was tested by cyclic voltammetry (CV),galvanostatic chargedischarge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The graphene with high degree of reduction and obvious pore structure was obtained with VC as reducing agent.The graphene pore size was small and uniform after ultrasonic treatment with nitric acid,when the current was 1 A/g,the specific capacitance of the electrode materials was 87.50 F/g in 0-0.56 V.关键词
