摘要

Abstract

Based on 2 kW zinc-nickel single flow batteries(ZNBs) modular system with pipeline design scheme of single side and bilateral,a simulation model for the single ZNBs energy storage system was established.Flowmaster simulating software was used to optimize and compare the different pump,main pipe diameter,branch pipe diameter respectively,in order to realize the trimmed of flow and flow velocity.The method of controlling flow trimmed of ball valve was studied.In order to improve the efficiency of the pump and the economy,practicability and feasibility,the bilateral flow batteries modular system of recycle pump MP-20RX was employed.
