摘要

Abstract

Pre-discharge modes had a direct effect on internal resistances,open circuit voltage(OCV) and discharge performance.The effects of galvanostatic,constant resistance and short circuit pre-discharge on internal resistance,OCV and discharge performance of Li-MnO2 primary battery were investigated.For the Li-MnO2 primary battery of galvanostatic,constant resistance and short circuit pre-discharge,the average internal resistances were 569 mΩ,,852 mΩ and 1140 mΩ,respectively,the OCV was 3.257 V,3.250 V and 3.271 V,respectively,after storage at 60 ℃.The coherence of internal resistance and OCV distribution of the battery,which was prepared by galvanostatic pre-discharge,was higher than other pre-discharge modes.The discharge capacity of battery prepared by galvanostatic pre-discharged was 28.4 % higher than that of by short circuit at 1 000 mA discharge.
