摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the energy saving production for the heavy oil well,with the help of the basic theory of heat transfer,the mathematical model of the viscosity reducing and lifting technology was established and resolved by the electrical heating oil tube,thus the changes of the temperature field of the heated wellbore were well simulated,and moreover the variations of the viscosity resistance and the output current in different heating time were analyzed.On the bases of the stated above,the intermittent heating system was optimized,the determining method of the upper and lower limit currents were presented for the auto start and stop of the electric heating device.After the intermittent heating,the energy consumption fell down 60.1% for the individual well,which makes the high-power consumption equipment run with low-energy consumption.The electric heating method of the oil tubing intermittent heating has presented a new thought for the high-efficiency and energy-saving development of the heavy oil well.
