DYNAMIC ADJUSTING TECHNIQUE AND APPLICATION OF THE MOTOR POWER OF THE BEAM PUMPING UNIT

Abstract
In the light of the problems of high energy consumption and low system efficiency of the producing wells in the early stage of "Eleventh Five" for Oilfield P,the rational match is needed to conduct for the motor power of the existing pumping unit,and moreover the dynamic matching adjustment of the motors was carried out,thus the power utilization factor of the motors was improved and the energy consumption level of the motor was reduced.The reasonable load rate was determined by the power calculation of the motor matching,and the reasonable match and dynamic adjusting technique of the motor power in Oilfield P were pointed out,and furthermore the match was optimized,the oil pumping well with the load rate less than 10% was adjusted,thus the energy saving effect was achieved,the motor high-efficiency running was ensured and the power utilization factor was improved.关键词
