为实现对果蔬中常用杀虫剂氧化乐果和溴氰菊酯含量的快速检测,本试验利用羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极建立电化学快速分析检测方法.结果表明,用羧基化多壁碳纳米管功能化后的修饰电极能显著提高电极表面电子的传递速率,使氧化乐果和溴氰菊酯2种农药检测灵敏度更高.其中,检测氧化乐果的线性范围为1 ×10-5~1×10-1mg·kg-1,最低检出限为5×10-6mg·kg-1,加标回收率为89.6%~109.1%,相对标准偏差RSD在2.64%~8.10%之间…查看全部>>
