摘要

Abstract

The ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ([Emim] AC) was used as the solvent to separate methyl acetate and methanol azeotrope.The extraction process was designed and optimized by Aspen Plus software.The influences of the solvent ratio,theoretical plate number,feed position and other factors on the separation effect were studied.The optimum operation parameters were determined as follows:the number of theoretical plates 30,the raw material and extraction solvent feed position 23th and 2th,reflux ratio 1.0,and solvent ratio 0.8.The operating temperature and pressure of flash tank was 85 ℃ and 20 kPa,respectively.The mass fraction of methyl acetate was 99.95%,and the mass fraction of methanol reached 99.54%.The purity of the product could satisfy separation requirement.It shows that [Emim] AC as the solvent has industrial application prospect on the extractive distillation of methyl acetate and methanol azeotrope.
