摘要

Abstract

Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software,the heating efficiency and sample temperature distribution uniformity of microwave reactor related with the radius and position of sample,the power of feed was investigated by using finite element analysis method.The results show that the change of sample radius and sample position leads to the change of sample temperature uniformity and heating efficiency in microwave reactor,and the change of wave guide feeding power only changes the sample rate of heating caused by the difference in temperature difference between the sample.When the sample radius is 32 rmm,the sample position is 10 mm and the feed power is 10 kW,the microwave reactor obtains the optimal heating uniformity,and the heating efficiency is over 99%.At the same time,the temperature distribution in the continuous microwave reactor at different speeds is investigated.The results show that the higher the sample speed is,the lower the average temperature,and the temperature of the continuous microwave reactor outlet increases with the sample running speed reduced.
