摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of mixed salts in coal-chemical industry,a method of recycling salts from mixed salts was proposed.Based on the composition analysis of mixed salt,the destructive distillation technology was applied to remove the organics from the mixed salts.Combining destructive distillation with crystallization technology,the sodium chloride met national industrial standard was made.The effects of temperature and time were investigated according to the organic removal rate and TOC residue after destructive distillation.Moreover,gassy and solid product was analyzed during the destructive distillation.The result shows that organics is high and complicate in coalchemical industrial mixed salt.At the temperature range of 450-650 ℃ and distillated for 30-120 rain,organic removal rate could reach 99% or even higher and TOC residue of solid product is lower than 50 mg/kg.The inorganic salts were recycled by crystallization and resource utilization technology.The obtained inorganic salt products qualify the standard of GB/T5462-2015 and can be sold as products.
