指长比与男性胃癌的相关性分析
Correlation between digit ratio and gastric cancer in males
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between digit ratio and gastric cancer in males of Han nationality from Ningxia.Method:Using anthropometry,the differences of digit ratio (2D ∶ 3D,2D ∶ 4D,2D ∶ 5D,3D ∶ 4D,3D ∶ 5D,4D ∶5D) of 186 male participants (control group:93;gastric cancer group:93) were compared,and the relationship between 2D ∶ 4D and age,tumor size (T),lymph node involvement (N),distant metastases (M)) was analyzed.Results:The mean value of each digit ratio was lower in cancer cases than that in control group.Significant differences of 2D ∶ 4D and 3D ∶ 4D were found between two groups.Compared with control group,the percentage of 2D ∶ 4D＜1 was significantly higher in cancer cases.No relationships were found between 2D ∶ 4D and age,T,N,M.Conclusion:Digit ratio,especially 2D ∶ 4D,is correlated to males with gastric cancer of Han nationality from Ningxia,and it may be one of the indirect indices for early screening for this disease.关键词
