摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with dopamine and furosemide on treatment of patients with heart failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 114 patients with heart failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected and divided into observation group (n =57) and control group (n =57) by double blind method.Both groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets,dopamine and furosemide.The effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate ofthe observation group was 94.74％,which was significantly higher than 82.46％ of the control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the total score of the St.george scale decreased in both groups,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with dopamine and furosemide is effective in treatment of patients with heart failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease,which can improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
