摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing on mental status and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method.The control group was given routine treatment and basic nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,compliancebehavior,quality of life and disease coping style of two groups were compared.Results The observation group had higher scores of disease coping,lower avoidance and yield scores as well as scores of anxiety and depression,and higher compliance behavior than the control group.The observation group had higher quality of life in terms of role limitation,physical pain,general health,vitality than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can psychological rehabilitation of cerebral infarction and improve quality of life during treatment.关键词
