Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of the endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal mucosal lesions.Methods Clinical data and nursing methods of 67 patients with gastrointestinal mucosal lesions diagnosed and treated by ESD were retrospective analyzed.Results A total of 64 cases with ESD were successfully performed.Out of 20 patients confirmed with malignant tumor,there were 12 cases with radical surgery,3 with perforation,2 with surgical repair,and 1 was cured after given conservative treatment such as titanium clip,and postoperative gastrointestinal decompression.Conclusion Perioperative nursing can reduce the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications of ESD,and promote smooth implementation of operation,and safeguard the safety,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
