Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of perioperative multiple nursing intervention on behavior compliance and family satisfaction in children with congenital hydronephrosis.Methods A total of 102 children with congenital hydronephrosis treated in our hospital were divided into control group (n =51) and observation group (n =51),the children in control group were taken routine nursing measures,and those in observation group were given multiple nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Nursing effect,behavior compliance,incidence rate of postoperative complications and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After extubation of retroperitoneal drainage tube,the time of extraction of ureteral stent,the time of pyelostomy tube extraction,postoperative stitches off time,disappearance time of hydronephrosis in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The behavior compliance of the observation group was 96.08％,which was significantly higher than 80.39％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of total complications in the observation group was 7.84％,which was significantly lower than 25.49％ in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The scores of family members in nurse-patient communication,health education,humanistic care and nursing operation in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Multiple nursing intervention in perioperative period in children with congenital hydronephrosis can obviously shorten postoperative recovery time of children,improve compliance of nursing behavior,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and significantly improve satisfaction of family members to nursing work,and promote recovery,so it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.关键词
