摘要
Abstract
Drug-induced liver injury ( DILI) and autoimmune hepatitis ( AIH) have many similar clinical and histological manifestations , which brings difficulties to clinicians in differential diagnosis .This article elaborates on the association between DILI and AIH and their simi-larities and differences in clinical and histological manifestations , in order to help clinicians with the differential diagnosis of DILI and AIH . This article reviews the selection of therapeutic regimens for DILI and AIH and introduces how to select therapeutic strategies based on patient conditions and make a definite diagnosis when there are difficulties in differential diagnosis .关键词
