Diagnosis and treatment of vascular complications of acute pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Severe acute pancreatitis is a disease involving multiple organs and systems and can lead to a series of complications .It is reported that a quarter of patients with severe pancreatitis may develop vascular complications , which is the major cause of death.Vascular complications can be divided into intravenous and arterial complications .Diagnosis and treatment should be given according to clinical manifesta - tions, laboratory results, and imaging findings, and at present, individualized treatment is emphasized in clinical diagnosis and treatment .This article reviews the advances in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular complications of acute pancreatitis .关键词
