Abstract
Aiming at determining the problem of metal elements in sodium alginate,inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established,which determines quickly,sensitively,accurately 10 metal elements in sodium alginate with different sources.A flame atomic absorption spectrometry determine sodium element in the sodium alginate.The recoveries were in the range of 97.4％～102.3％(n=6) and the detection limits were0.001～4.643(ng· mL-1).The linear range of sodium element were0～3(μg · mL-1)(r=0.9970).The content of 11 metal elements in different scources of sodium alginate are all within the ranges of standard level,but they exist in some difference.By comparing the content of 11 metal elements in sodium alginate with different sources,the conclusion is that the content of 11 metal elements in sodium alginate overseas are relatively lower than that in China.关键词
