企业人员流动的动态合作博弈模型
A Dynamic Cooperative Game of Labor Turnover
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of labor turnover in enterprises in economic life,the paper is focused on applying cooperative game theory to analyze and solve the problem of changes of cooperation in dynamic process.Players choose to deviate from the coalition which he belongs to at those given nodes of the game tree,thus changing coalition partitions.We build the new dynamic optimal solution (SL vector) and give the complete algorithm by introducing new defined character functions and solution concept-the Shapley value with directed graph constraints.关键词
