摘要
Abstract
In view of the phenomenon of adulterants in Health Products,a method for the rapid determination of 12 adulterants in Smooth Wheezing Health Products was established by HPLC-MS.Samples were extracted with methanol,and separated on the Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 (4.6mm× 250mm,5μm)column by gradient elution with a water solution of ammonium formate-acetonitrile as mobile phase.Mass spectrometry conditions.:scanning mode.:positive ion scanning;atomizing air pressure..35psi,solvent temperature:350℃,solvent gas flow:10L/min;ion scanning range:50～1000m/z.The samples were confirmed by comparing with the Mass spectrogram of contrast.Detected in 10 batches of samples,9 positive samples were founded.The method is simple,rapid,accuracy and sensitivity can meet the requirements of qualitative check.关键词
