Finite Element Analysis and Design Optimization on Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting Device
摘要
Abstract
The typical linear and nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device is researched by the finite element method.The nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device is analyzed by the method of finite element analysis based on ANSYS.In the progress of analyzing the nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device,the transient analysis method is applied to get corresponding relation between the output voltage and frequency of excitation.The results of the finite element analysis and the theoretical model are compared to prove the effectiveness of the finite element analysis method.Moreover,the method is applied to the optimization analysis of the structural parameters of the nonlinear piezoelectric energy harvesting device.The better structural parameters are obtained by modifying the distance between the magnets which affects the nonlinear potential function of the system when random resonance happens in the system and response bandwidth is widened after excited by external wideband low frequency random vibration source.关键词
