摘要

Abstract

In this experiment,we examined the effects of nitrogen levels on Eupatorium adenophorum growth under Pb,Zn,Cu,Cd heavy metal stress using hydroponics.The resuhs showed that most of the growth parameters of E.adenophorum under low nitrogen level were significantly higher than those in other experimental groups,and the concentration of POD,CAT,soluble protein,soluble sugar,proline and chlorophyll in E.adenophorum were significantly higher under moderate nitrogen levels than other experimental groups.Low nitrogen level was beneficial to the absorption of Pb,Zn and Cd in roots,stems and leaves of E.adenophorum,and the concentration of Pb,Zn and Cd in the root organs of E.adenophorum were significantly higher than those in stems and leaves.It showed that E.adenophorum had a certain resistance to heavy metal stress,and low nitrogen and moderate nitrogen improved the tolerance and absorption ability of E.adenophorum to heavy metals.E.adenophorum could be used for ecological restoration of heavy metal pollution.
