摘要

Abstract

The effects of light on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence of A nthuriun andraeanum 'Yongonred' were studied under red and blue composite light of red LED (660 nm)and blue LED (446 nm).The results showed that 70% red light and 30% blue light could significantly increase the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,and promote the accumulation of dry matter in the leaves and rhizomes,while the composite light of 30% red and 70% blue was even more conducive to the expansion of leaf area.Blue and red LED treatments reduced the minimal fluorescence (Fo),promoted the maximum quantum yield of PSII (Fv/Fm),and significantly increased the photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) in comparison to the control.We hence concluded that blue and red LED treatments increased the ability of the leaves to photosynthesize indirectly through leaf expansion,chlorophyll concentrations accumulation,photosynthetic electron transport rate and light energy conversion efficiency improvement,and directly to promote the growth of leaves and roots of A nthurium andreanum.
