水稻转绿型新叶黄化突变体ygr的表型特征与光合特性研究
Characteristics of Phenotype and Photosynthesis in a Rice Yellow-green Revertible New Leaf Mutant (ygr)

Abstract
In this study,the dynamic changes of leaf color phenotype of a rice leaf mutant yellow-green revertible (ygr)at different growth stages were observed,and a temperature sensitive test was carried out,and its photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters were measured.Results showed that each new leaf of the mutant ygr showed yellower significantly both at seedling and tillering stages,while it had no difference at booting stage,compared with the wild type.Temperature sensitivity tests under four different constant temperature conditions showed that the leaf mutant phenotype of the mutant ygr was appeared at low temperature.Values of Pn,Fv/Fm,Fv'/Fm',ΦPSⅡ and ETR in yellow leaves of the mutant ygr,which did not turn green,was 8.87±1.67,0.70±0.04,0.27±0.07,0.17±0.05 and 89.84±28.29,respectively,and showed significantly lower than those of the wild type.These results clearly identified the phenotypic and photosynthetic characteristics of the mutant ygr.The research aimed to provide a theoretical basis for studying the molecular regulation mechanism of the mutant ygr and promoting its application in rice breeding.关键词
