摘要

Abstract

The scales and main buds of three years old Narcissus variety "Jinazhanyintai" were used as the experimental materials.The changes of starch and soluble sugar content in inner,outer scales and main buds stored in 5 ℃,15 ℃,25 ℃2,35 ℃ and room temperature (CK) were studied.The results showed that the change of starch content in inner,outer scales and main buds was significantly affected by storage temperature.Soluble sugar contents of inner scales,outer scales and main buds were basically stable at different storage temperatures,while starch content fluctuated.During the leaf buds and flower bud differentiation period,different temperature had a significant effect on starch hydrolysis,but had no significant effect on soluble sugar.Starch hydrolysis was closely related to the development of buds.Therefore,starch was more suitable than soluble sugars to study the change of carbonhydrates during the storage of Narcissus bulbs.
