摘要

Abstract

In order to get a full overview of XTH (xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase) genes in pepper genome,the XTH (xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase) genes in pepper were identified,the gene structures,chromosome locations,phylogeny,protein motifs were predicted.The expression features of XTH genes in different growing periods and organs of pepper based on transcriptome data were analyzed.The results showed that there were 23 XTH genes in pepper genome,which distributed in 11 chromosomes except for chromosome No.10.The introns number in genes varied from 1 to 5.The phylogenetic analysis showe that XTH proteins had three subclasses.The expression analysis revealed that the expression of XTH genes had the ability of tissue-specific.CaXTH2,CaXTH21,CaXTH13 and CaXTH23 might be related to the development and ripening of pepper.This study should lay the foundation for the deep understanding of the functions of XTH genes.
