不同基质配比对酸柚苗生长的影响
Effects of Different Substrate Ratios on the Growth of Sour Pummelo Seedlings

Abstract
In order to provide a theoretical basis for high-quality rootstock breeding of seedless honey pummelo,an experiment was conducted to select a suitable formulation by setting different treatments.Using coconut coir,topsoil,sugarcane ash and rapeseed cake as the substrate according to different volume ratios,the physicochemical properties of each substrate,seedling growth and physiological indexes were determined.The results showed that the influence of seedling height,diameter,leaf number,total biomass and chlorophyll content were significant under different substrate ratios.The best treatment was T5(1/3 coconut coir,1/3 topsoil and 1/3 rapeseed cake),followed by T2 (2/3 coconut coir,1/6 topsoil and 1/6 rapeseed cake) and T9 (2/3 topsoil,1/6 sugarcane ash and 1/6 rapeseed cake).The worse treatment were T1(2/3 coconut coir,1/6 topsoil and 1/6 sugarcane ash),T4(1/3 coconut coir,1/3 topsoil and 1/3 sugarcane ash)and T7(1/6 coconut coir,2/3 topsoil and 1/6 sugarcane ash).Considering the factors of seedling growth status,substrate weight and cost,the cultivation substrate with 1/3 coconut coir,1/3 topsoil and 1/3 rapeseed cake was more suitable for sour pummelo seedlings of seedless honey pummelo.关键词
