剑麻与烟草疫霉互作过程中的转录组研究
Transcriptome Analysis of Rema NO 1 After Inoculation Phytophthora nicotianae Breda

Abstract
The sisal zebra disease,caused by fungal pathogen Phytophthora nicotianae Breda,is one of the main diseases in sisal.In order to excavate disease resistance genes related to sisal zebra disease,the transcriptome sequencing and expression analysis of Rema No1 was used at 0,24,36,48 and 72 h after inoculation of Phytophthora nicotianae Breda.Ten cDNA libraries were contructed and RNA-seq,assemble of all the reads of the ten samples produced a total of 103 326 transcripts and 70 110 Unigenes,with average length of 726 bp and 645 bp,respectively.33 474 Unigenes were annotated against databases including Nr,Nt,KO,Swiss-Port,PFAM,GO and KOG.The analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEG) showed that 4 676,3 769,3 308 and 3 757 Unigenes were differentially expressed at 24,36,48 and 72h after inoculating P.nicotianae Breda,respectively.Pathogenesis-related protein and peroxidase were significantly up-regulated,while heat shock protein,cytochrome P450 and chlorophyll a-b binding protein were significantly down-regulated.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes showed that ribosome,photosynthesis,phenylpropanoid biosynthesis and phenylalanine metabolic,flavonoid biosynthesis,plant hormone signal transduction and fatty acid biosynthesis pathways were significantly enriched.The results were not only help to elucidate the interaction between Rema No1 and Phytophthora nicotianae Breda,but also would affiate the the disease resistance mechanism of sisal to zebra disease.关键词
