摘要

Abstract

The micronization technique was taken to activate the bagasse which is the byproduct of sugarcane processing.The effect of micronization time on the particle size,structure,appearance,water holding capacity and dispersity were investigated,and the results showed that the bagasse powder with 10 min micronization was the most suitable for binding to the binder.Compared with the powder with different micronization time,the bagasse powder with 10 min micronization had more holes and cracks on the surface,and the water holding capacity was poor.The activity of hydroxyl groups increased by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.And the amorphous part increased.However,the ultrastructural treatment did not change the crystallization type of cellulose.The results showed that the dispersity of the micronization powder was poor,so ultrasonic treatment was chosen to improve the dispersity,and it was found that the most suitable ultrasonic treatment time was 20 min.
