滑菇胞内多糖的提取及其抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
In order to research the extraction process and the antioxidant activity of the intracellular polysaccharides(IPS) from Pholiota nameko,based on the results of single factor tests,a quadratic regression model was established through the method of hot water extraction.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 84 ℃,extraction time 1.5 h,liquid to solid ratio 40:1 mL/g,and the yield of IPS was (34.020 8±0.043 3)%.At the same time,the antioxidant activity of IPS was evaluated by DPPH,OH,hydroxyl radical scavenging ability and reducing power.The results indicated that IPS had some antioxidant ability.In this study,the extraction process and antioxidant activity of were studied in order to provide experimental basis IPS and the theoretical support for further comprehensive development and utilization.关键词
