Research Progress in Gene Mapping of Important Characters in Cucurbit Cropsa
摘要
Abstract
Melons are important vegetable and fruit crops.With the improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to the quality and output of agricultural products.Therefore,it is one of the most fundamental tasks of scientific research to further improve the quality and output of cucurbit products to meet the needs of people for high quality agricultural products.The most practical and effective method is to fine varieties breeding.Molecular breeding is an important means to speed up the breeding process,and gene mapping is the basis of modem molecular breeding research.This paper summarizes the strategies and methods of gene mapping of important characters of cucurbit crops and the research progress of gen initial location and fine mapping,which would provide reference for gene fine mapping of related crops and gene cloning and the prospect of fine location technique for cucurbit crops.关键词
