摘要

Abstract

In the paper,soil enzyme activities in different layers (0-10,10-20,20-30 cm) were studied under 3-5 aged Cunninghamia lanceolata-Aleurites montana mixed forest and C.lanceolata pure forest,including urease(URE),catalase (CAT),acid Phosphatase (ACP) and invertase (INV).The results showed that:(1)In the forests of the same afforestation model and the same age,all the highest contents of the four enzymes were found in the surface soil layer.With the deepening of the soil,the soil ACP,URE and INV decreased significantly and there were no differences of CAT activities.(2) In the same afforestation pattern and soil layer,the soil enzyme activities in both of pure Cunninghamia lanceolata forest and mixed forests between Cunninghamia lanceolate & Aleurites montana increased with age,but the trends of different enzymes were different.(3) The ACP,URE and INV activities in the mixed stands of the same age and in the same soil layer were higher than those in the pure Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation.(4)By correlation analysis,there were significant (p < 0.05) or higher significant (p < 0.01) positive correlations between URE,CAT,ACP and INV in different forests and soil layers.The soil enzyme activities of C.lanceolata-A.montana mixed forest were higher than those in C.lanceolata pure forest,Soil biological property is more perfect.
