摘要

Abstract

The propagation of C.sinense is greatly restricted by the low seed germination rate due to immature embryo and no endosperm under natural conditions.In this study,the rhizomes of well grown and uniformity induced by seeds in C.sinense were used as the materials.The influence of different plant growth regulators on culture in vitro of C.sinense was studied.The results showed that the optimum basic medium for the multiplication and growth of the rhizomes was MS medium,and the best hormone combinations of multiplication was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L,with a multiplication rate of rhizomes up to 10.33.The optimum plant growth regulator combination for differentiation of rhizomes was 6-BA 5.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L,with a regeneration rate 6.43.All buds produced roots on basic medium with no plant hormone on MS medium.The present study established an efficient propagation system during industrial seedling production and provided a good theoretical and technological support for improving seedlings quality of C.sinense and its industrial production in a large scale.
