Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between SYNTAX score and fractional flow reserve (FFR)in coronary critical lesion.Methods According to the number of diseased vessels by SYNTAX score,105 cases of patients with critical lesion revealed by coronary angiography were divided into three groups:group A of one diseased vessel(n =23),group B of two diseased vessels(n =32),and group C of three diseased vessels (n =50);According to the results of FFR test,each group was divided into three subgroups:group① ≤ 0.75,group② ＞ 0.75 and ≤0.82 and group③ ＞ 0.80.EXCEL and SPSS20.0 were used to analyze the correlation.Results There was no correlation between the two subgroups in group A.The P values between the two subgroups in group B and group C were all ＜ 0.001,which was statistically significant.Conclusion SYNTAX score is correlated with FFR in some critical lesions of coronary artery and can be used as a substitute for FFR detection.关键词
