摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of autologous recovery blood transfusion on massive hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 124 patients with massive hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected,patients treated with autologous recovery blood transfusion were set up as the observation group and those who were given allogeneic blood transfusion as the control group,62 patients in each group.Results After treatment,the blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the liver and kidney indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,all statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of autologous recovery blood transfusion in patients with massive hemorrhage after cesarean section has achieved good results,which can effectively maintain hemodynamic stability of patients,improve pregnancy outcome,and ensure the health and safety of mother and child,worthy of further promotion.关键词
