摘要
Abstract
Nursery management facilities (commonly known as the nursery) used to be a common type of facilities,are shrinking after the market-oriented reform.With the new "Two Child" Policy,the market demand of such facilities soared dramatically and being far beyond the city supply.Firstly,this paper focuses on a large residential area in Changfeng sub-district,studies the existing two kinds of nursery management facilities within 500 meters around it,and summarizes the problems led by the market.Secondly,this paper analyzes the technical standards for nursery management facilities in four planning documents currently published,and sort out the correlations and differences.Finally,reflection and tactical suggestions are put forward to provide references for fine management of relevant standards of nursery management facilities in Shanghai.关键词
