摘要
Abstract
This research firstly studies overall situation of industrial land renewal in central district of Shanghai,reaching a conclusion that industrial land renewal in central district is too slow,and analyses the industrial land renewal policy of Shanghai,reviewing the purpose of policy,renewal condition,management requirement and land price payment method.Secondly,this research concludes that planning approval department,planning organizing department and land owner have their own benefits and risks through renewal after land storage and spontaneous renewal.At last,this research digs into a case in Xuhui District and proposes that illegal use of industrial land and undefined industrial land renewal direction are the main causes of problems and provides some strategies for industrial land renewal in Shanghai.关键词
