摘要
Abstract
Urban renewal is an important way to improve living environment and lift land efficiency.Shanghai has carried out a large number of urban renewal studies and practices,focusing on adding open space,strengthening public service,improving ecological environment and optimizing non-motorized traffic system.Howevm,municipal infrastructure renewal hasn't been systematically studied.Latest trends in municipal field are not integrated into urban renewal methods and practices.This study has carried out a community satisfaction survey of municipal services,to gain a better understanding of the residents' real demand for municipal services,to identify the key issues in community municipal planning,and to help perfect the methods and standard system of regulatory planning.关键词
