摘要
Abstract
The lack of public facilities in the industrial community in Shanghai is serious,while the specification for the public facilities in the industrial area is still in the blank phase.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the industrial community public facilities,combined with the comparison of cases at home and abroad,it has been put forward that combining with the industrial zone of different stages of development and the use of the population demand factors such as public facilities demand analysis method,to provide flexible,organic growth system of public service facilities,and to meet the demand of industry development and the different populations of public service.In combination with the existing laws and regulations at the national level and Shanghai level,this paper proposes to improve the implementation recommendations of the facilities in industrial community in Shanghai.关键词
